Delivery & Returns


Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched that day, after that we ship the next working day. Our Standard Service is FREE and is 2-4 working days. We use a “signed for” service, so someone must be available to sign for all goods.

If you need it a bit quicker then choose our Next Day Service, this is £5.99.

If you want one of our lovely products we will deliver anytime, anyplace anywhere, but if you are a long, long way away it might take a while. Please email us at with a destination address and we will come back to you with a bespoke quote and estimated delivery time.

International delivery times and costs will be quoted via email at your time of enquiry, these may change should you choose not to go ahead on that day. Please remember that some countries may be subject to an import duty or tax, this is your responsibility. 

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. 

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. 

You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order. Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods. 

What’s your return policy? 
As customer satisfaction is our main priority, we have a no quibble return policy. This means you can return any standard item at any time within 28 days of dispatch/purchase for a full refund including the basic delivery cost. It doesn’t matter what the reason is, as long as we receive the returned item in perfect condition. Naturally, we are unable to refund an item that has been misused in any way. 

If you purchase our music you must tick to say you wish to download immediately, by agreeing to do so you are wavering your right to a refund on this digital download. 

You, the shopper, have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with Lullaby Shades, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you, the shopper, do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned once the product has been returned to:

Can I return items bought at a Baby Show? 
Yes you can. See above. 

Do you pay for return postage? 
You will need to cover the cost of return postage. Also, it’s important to remember that you are responsible for the returned items until they reach us and we can’t process your refund or exchange until we receive your item back. 

I received my Lullaby Shades product as a gift. Can I return it for a refund? 
You can return it, but you will need to give us details of the original purchaser, as any refund has to be made to them. All the standard returns rules apply. 

How long does it take to process my returns? 
We try to process returns the same day if possible, but it can sometimes take up to 3 working days from receiving the return when we’re very busy.

Please remember to include a cover note, or the packing slip sent with your original order. 
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. 

I have a complaint, what shall i do?
